RYKE for teams

You see your people once a week. Ryke sees them every day.

Put the people you look after on an AI companion that texts them, logs their food, tracks their progress and keeps them going between visits — and read every word of it from one portal. For coaches and gyms, home-health agencies and behavioral-health practices.

Seat-based. The people on your seats pay nothing and download nothing.

Who it is for

One portal, in your own words: the portal calls people what you call them.

Coaches & gyms
A trainer or a small gym with clients who go quiet between sessions.
  • ✓Ryke texts your clients every day — logs their food from a photo or a sentence, tracks weight and workouts, adjusts their targets.
  • ✓You read every check-in from one portal, and the roster tells you who has gone quiet for seven days.
  • ✓Every coach at your gym sees the same clients; seats belong to the gym, not to whoever created them.
Home-health agencies
An agency whose patients are on their own between visits.
  • ✓A companion your patients can text between visits — meals, movement, weight, how they are doing — with nothing for them to install.
  • ✓Your care team reads the thread in one portal and sees who has not checked in for a week, before the next visit rather than at it.
  • ✓You decide what RYKE is used for with each patient; it follows the direction your agency sets.
Healthcare use needs a signed agreement with Ryke first — see below.
Behavioral-health practices
A practice that wants to know how someone's week actually went.
  • ✓Daily texting that keeps routines — sleep, meals, movement, check-ins — going between appointments, in one voice that is not yours.
  • ✓Your clinicians read what was said and what was logged, and are never asked to answer a text at 10pm.
  • ✓If a patient texts something that needs a person, that part goes to Ryke's safety team, not into your portal.
Healthcare use needs a signed agreement with Ryke first — see below.

For agencies and practices, in plain words

Before a home-health agency or a behavioral-health practice puts anyone on a seat, this is what we will have agreed, and what we say to the people you invite:

  • —RYKE is a companion between visits. It is not clinical care and it is not a medical device.
  • —Your organization decides what RYKE is used for with each person, and what it is not.
  • —Healthcare use requires a signed agreement with Ryke before any invite can be sent. Until one is recorded, the portal will not issue an invite.
  • —If someone is in real difficulty, they are handed to Ryke's safety team. Your organization is told that coaching is paused, and nothing more.

What you get

The six days you are not in the room with them.

Their whole conversation, in one place
Every check-in, every meal they logged, every week they went quiet. You open a person and read what actually happened between visits instead of asking them to remember it.
Follow-up that runs on the days you don't
Ryke texts the people on your seats, logs their food from a photo or a sentence, tracks weight and workouts, and adjusts their targets. You set the direction; it does the daily follow-up.
Nothing for them to download
They text a number. No app, no login, no onboarding call. That is the entire reason people who quit every other tool stay on this one.
You read, Ryke writes
They hear one voice, not two. Nobody on your team is expected to answer a text at 10pm, and nothing you do in the portal appears in their thread.
A roster that tells you who has gone quiet
Seven days without a word is the number that matters, and it is on the front page of the portal instead of in your head.
Your whole team on the same people
Invite the rest of your team. Seats belong to the organization, not to whoever created them, and you can disable someone's access the moment they leave.

You buy seats. Your people pay nothing.

One seat is one person on Ryke. Add someone and a seat fills; release them and it frees up. There is no per-person contract and nothing for them to cancel.

Pro
$99per seat / month
Elite
$199per seat / month
Two tiers, one product — everything below is included at either price. We agree your tier when we set your organization up. You are billed for the clients who are in a seat, whatever you call them, at your next invoice; adding or releasing one is never charged or credited part-way through a month.
  • ✓Unlimited texting between Ryke and each person on a seat
  • ✓Full read access to their check-ins, logs and progress
  • ✓Everyone on your team, on the same people
  • ✓Add and release seats whenever you like — you pay for the seats in use

How it works

1
Tell us how many seats you need
We set up your organization and send you an invite link. You set your own password from it. A healthcare organization signs its agreement with Ryke first.
2
Send your people their link
They sign up in a text thread — no card, nothing to install. The seat is taken when they finish, not when you send it.
3
Read what happens next
Their check-ins, logs and progress land in your portal from day one. Release a seat when someone moves on and it frees up straight away.

What your people are told

Before they sign up, in plain words: the person who set them up can read this conversation. It is not buried, and it is not optional — reading the thread is the whole point of putting them on a seat, so we say so up front rather than after.

They text Ryke, never you. Nobody on your team will get a 10pm message, and they will not get two voices telling them different things.

If someone is in real difficulty, Ryke pauses their coaching and our safety team is notified. You will see that their coaching is paused. You will not see what they said — that is between them and the people trained to handle it.
